Relocation

Relocation is used to ensure physical movement of reserved articles between stock and orders or projects.

Show All: Shows all lines in the module. Default is articles that are not yet picked shown in the grid.

Res No*: The mandatory reservations number that is automatically given from the sequence in the Companies module. If a sequence is not defined, the number must be entered manually.

Picked: Must be checked when articles are moved to the new location. If Picked is unchecked, it means that articles are moved back and still considered reserved, but not moved.

Picked Date: Mandatory date of movement.

Comments: Optional comment.

Temp Location: Optional location of moved articles.

Stock Location, Article Stock No*, Description 1* and Description 2: Read-only information from the Stock module.

Qty*, Delivery Date*, Reservation Date*, Reserved To, Ref No* and Tag: Read-only information from the reservation.

Properties tab: Shows the article properties.

Related Files tab: On this tab it is possible to register files that are related to the relocation. The files are saved into the system and are placed in the folder specified in the popup Client/Server Setup and with the Shared file path viewing below. Use append (+) bottom to add files. Up and Down are used to alter the order of files.
